EDDI16 – 8th Annual European DDI User Conference

EDDI16 is organized jointly by GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences and IDSC of IZA - International Data Service Center of the Institute for the Study of Labor.

EDDI16 is hosted by GESIS in Cologne, Germany.

The conference will bring together DDI users and professionals from all over Europe and the world. Anyone interested in developing, applying, or using DDI is invited to attend and present.

The conference will provide presentations on a wide range of topics relating to DDI:

  • Case studies
  • Mature implementations
  • Early implementations
  • Interplay of DDI with other standards or technologies
  • Projects in early phases in which DDI is under consideration
  • Critiques of DDI

Tutorials will be held on December 5, 2016. The conference will take place on December 6 and 7. More information can be found in the program.

All conference participants (paper presenters, session chairs, etc.) must complete the registration process (including full payment within the registration's deadline).

The special registration option "Tutorial(s) only" is offered to people who want to book and attent tutorials only (without participating in the conference and the conference dinner).
